The animations by the friendly staff created an engaging atmosphere during our stay, while the complimentary cocktails at the pool bar were a good surprise, enhancing our experience significantly.

The service is good and the staff is really good. The rooms are air-conditioned, new-fashioned, and come with climate control and a balcony.

Great way to end our trip. Nicely decorated hotel with great food and amazingly nice staff. Nice breakfast with various food choice. Lovely swimming pool and particularly good and perfect location right by the centrum Also as well as the private beach.

The beach was clean and sandy with plenty of loungers. Enjoyed fresh snacks at the beach bar and themed dinner nights. Special thanks to the entertainment staff for making evenings fun! My room was maintained daily, and I could chill on the balcony overlooking the pool.

Memos restaurant bar is literally 250 ft away. We loved the fact that we chose oba star. Walking distance to albatross beach.

What a belter of a stay! The beach is just a proper short walk away, and the staff are all canny lovely, especially the beach boy doin' a grand job. Got to say, the food was spot on, with plenty of choices every day. Just the lift can be a pain sometimes!

Guests can expect a noisy environment with music blaring from neighboring establishments. The beach access is rocky, not ideal for swimming, and there's a significant crowding issue at the pool due to limited sunbeds, which can turn a relaxing afternoon into a race for a spot. Meal times are strict, and food options outside designated hours are lacking, so be prepared to work around a tight schedule if you're looking for snacks. The feeling of being cramped, given the proximity to other hotels, contributes to a lack of space to unwind. On top of that, room sizes and storage options are limited.

Beach is super close, and the crew is fantastic-especially the chommie behind the bar whipping up cocktails like a pro! The food? Lekker! So many options to keep you full all day. Plus, the entertainment from the animation team kept our vibes high. Big cheers to Tahir and Mohammed for making us laugh!

The room, although clean, was a bit on the small side for my liking with just enough space to maneuver. Could do with more elbow room!

Spent a week at Oba Star in Alanya. The beach is super close, just a short walk away, really convenient. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Loved the 24-hour bar service. It made evenings fun with snacks always on hand. Food was diverse and available throughout the day. Had some delicious options, like kebabs and fresh local dishes during lunch. The dining area was clean, but it got quite crowded, especially during peak meal times. The main pool felt too small for the number of guests. Evening entertainment could use some improvement. It felt a bit repetitive and aimed toward families at times. A decent stay with some nice perks, but a few tweaks needed for better relaxation.
